The 45,000ft² scheme includes structural alterations to accommodate a new internal staircase linking the 3rd to 5th floors.
A new reception leads to a visitor reception showcase area which includes high quality joinery elements. Office areas comprise of board rooms, meeting rooms, open plan areas and new copy/print/tea points.
Scope includes IT structured cabling and an extensive AV equipment package.
