CAT B Refurbishment of HQ premises for British Land including a new internal staircase, new reception, office areas, board rooms, meeting rooms and open plan areas. Also includes IT structured cabling and an extensive AV equipment package.

CAT B Refurbishment of HQ premises for British Land undertaken within an occupied building with complex phasing/out of hours requirements.

The 45,000ft² scheme includes structural alterations to accommodate a new internal staircase linking the 3rd to 5th floors.

A new reception leads to a visitor reception showcase area which includes high quality joinery elements. Office areas comprise of board rooms, meeting rooms, open plan areas and new copy/print/tea points.

Scope includes IT structured cabling and an extensive AV equipment package.
