The proposals for 3-6 Spring Place will replace the existing dilapidated car workshop with a vibrant new work space.
The design comprises six-storeys of office space, a public restaurant/cafe, an event space and informal working spaces.
The site is bisected by the London Overground, with a succession of railway arches linking the two sides of the site.
The proposal uses the existing railway viaduct as a feature and provides office and café areas within a unique setting.
The scheme has required close collaboration with Network Rail in order to comply with their design requirements and protocol.
