Spring Place

Six-storey office development for Brockton Capital/FORA including a public restaurant/cafe and an event space. The proposal uses the existing railway viaduct as a feature and has required close collaboration with Network Rail.

The proposals for 3-6 Spring Place will replace the existing dilapidated car workshop with a vibrant new work space.

The design comprises six-storeys of office space, a public restaurant/cafe, an event space and informal working spaces.

The site is bisected by the London Overground, with a succession of railway arches linking the two sides of the site.

The proposal uses the existing railway viaduct as a feature and provides office and café areas within a unique setting.

The scheme has required close collaboration with Network Rail in order to comply with their design requirements and protocol.
