Category B fit out of a 26,000ft² office space, undertaken on a vacant floor within an occupied building.

The scheme includes creating two new reception areas as the floor plate has a dual entrance off the central lift lobby.

The space also includes creating new meeting rooms, an auditorium/function area and some cellular office space, with the majority of the floor plate being open plan office space.

The feature finishes include split wood panelling, natural stone and timber plank raft ceilings.

The scope also includes IT structured cabling and a significant AV equipment package.
