Project Description
Office Fit Out at Pinstripe 2.0
The works, undertaken whilst the client remained in occupation, comprised the reconfiguration and refresh of their existing office environment, including new finishes and fixtures as well as replacing workstations and refurbishing ancillary support functions; new cellular offices and quiet rooms were also constructed to complement the existing working environment.
A new visitor experience was created through the extension of the space to the floor below, linked by a new feature staircase, the upper level for client arrival includes a business lounge and staff dining facility, the lower level providing a new suite of high quality meeting rooms. All WC’s were refurbished to a high standard and new visitor WC’s were constructed to support the new meeting suite. The incorporation of a new rooflight offers a surprising new dimension to the new reception area.

Partners view
“It was a pleasure to work on the new office environment for Great Portland Estates, having previously undertaken the original fit out 10 years previous.
The project provided many challenges, the most significant being the sequencing of the works around the client’s day to day business as they remained in occupation throughout.”
