An existing 50,000ft² office building that will be refurbished and reconfigured to provide 33,000ft² office accommodation and 17,000ft² of residential accommodation.
The offices will undergo a ‘light touch’ refurbishment to reflect the industrial nature of the building, however the building will undergo a number of structural interventions to incorporate a new entrance, stair and lift core and circulation space to serve the new residential element .
The newly created 14 apartments will be fitted out to a high quality to suit this rapidly changing part of London.
