Office Fit Out at Middlesex House, Fitzrovia

CAT B fit out includes open plan work areas, meeting room and presentation spaces, kitchenette, copy points etc. Polished concrete floors and grit blasted walls and ceilings are in keeping with the industrial look and feel of the original building.

An office fit out for an award winning London based architectural practice comprising of circa 15,000ft².

We are currently also working on the basebuild scheme which is the conversion of a former NCP carpark into an office, creating a quirky, unique space.

The new entrance is via the original ramp which is now covered by an ETFE roof.
