The proposed refurbishment works to Harella House provide the opportunity to inject a new lease of life into a typical Clerkenwell warehouse building, re-positioning it for the current market in this ever popular part of town.

The works comprise the comprehensive refurbishment back to a Category A specification.

The project will see the structural reconfiguration of the main entrance and lift core, windows replaced throughout as well as the introduction of a comfort cooling installation to align the product with other comparable buildings in the neighbourhood.
