Grafton Street Art Gallery, Mayfair

An extensive refurbishment and high end fit out of residential, gallery & office spaces in this 6,700ft² listed building.

Totalling nearly 6,700ft² this listed building will undergo an extensive refurbishment to form new gallery space lower ground to second floor, associated office space on the third floor and a single private residential apartment on the fourth floor.

The roof finishes will be replaced and new rooflights inserted, the existing façade will undergo repairs and the sash windows will be overhauled. Structural reconfigurations will include a new lift pit, lift shaft and staircase.

The space internally will include all new finishes and services throughout including a high end fit out of the residential, gallery & office spaces.
