Scope of works include reconfiguration of the existing atriums, removal of existing cores, rationalisation of the existing structure and revised core and lift arrangements to improve the efficiencies of the floor plates and circulation spaces.
A number of structural interventions are required to accommodate these changes in addition to the strengthening works to support the new four-storey rooftop extension.
The building will be served by new plant, mechanical and electrical services throughout as well as all new finishes and interiors.
