A complex new build, retail and commercial development for Great Portland Estates, delivering 48,000 sq ft of Cat A space in the heart of Fitzrovia.

A new build scheme to replace the current 1960’s building which was previously home to the Family Court.

On an irregular shaped site with a large frontage to Wells Street, the scheme comprises a new basement slab at reduced level, predominantly accommodating retail space as well as plant/cycle/shower areas to support the office areas above.

The ground floor is largely retail with a separately demised grand reception area leading to six upper floors of commercial office space.

Totalling around 48,000 sq ft, this complex development will deliver prime Cat A space in the heart of Fitzrovia.
