The building offers opportunities to increase the efficiency of the existing building and extend upwards to provide a modern roof office extension.
Further opportunities include the replacement of the existing façade on Moorgate and Coleman Street, reinvention of retail and reception levels at Ground Floor and improved usage of the existing Lower Ground Level.
Internal finishes and services will be completely replaced and refurbished to a high level of specification.
