Office Fit Out for exigere

Category A and B fit out of approx. 3,500ft² to provide Construction Cost Advisers exigere with their new offices at Morelands.

The works consisted of strip out of existing finishes and installation of new comfort cooling, lighting, meeting rooms, kitchen space and breakout area.

The interior design brief was to be sympathetic to the existing warehouse surroundings and create a fresh new look for the Client in keeping with their brand.

Key features of the space now are refurbed parquet flooring, exposed services, crittal style meeting room screens, feature lighting and a large polished concrete kitchen top.
