Transformation of an iconic building in Soho
Set in an iconic building in Soho, the transformation of the existing building involved the complete strip back to the structural frame to provide refurbished coworking space across seven floors, with a new radio station transmitting from the ground floor reception and podcast recording studios at basement level.
Against an abnormally high volume of change requests and contractor valuations thereof, exigere calmly, consistently and forensically valued them all to allow me as client to agree a fair and reasonable final account settlement. The main contractor’s confidence in the objective and impartial appraisal of change by exigere were critical to the completion of the project.
