High specification Cat A fit out for Exponent delivered against an extremely tight schedule. A real exercise in collaboration and transparency.

30 Broadwick Street required the conversion of 7,000ft² of category A space for Exponent, a private equity firm.

Executive offices, meeting rooms and creative facilities finished to high specification set against an extremely tight programme, where it was vital that the relocation and business continuity were maintained.

The approach required close collaboration and transparency between client, consultants and the contractor to achieve the clients’ objectives.

The fitting out of 30 Broadwick Street for Exponent was an exercise in collaboration. We worked closely with the architect Orms, client and contractor to enable completion to an extraordinarily tight construction programme. It was a great experience to work with such a responsive client as well as to be enthused by the ability to achieve the timescales.
