Purchased by PPR Estates, the entire property has undergone extensive refurbishment to take advantage of the increasing rental values that have been achieved in the locality.

The areas that were formerly the pub will be stripped out and converted in office accommodation.

The upper floors will be reconfigured to form 5nr private residential units, comprising of a mixture of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments including duplexes to the upper floors that will boast views across London.
