Office Refurbishment at 15-25 Artillery Lane, City of London

Major refurbishment and Category A fit out of an existing office building within the City of London. Additional area will be created with extensions to the 4th and 5th floors. The current façade will be improved and in some areas entirely reworked.

Artillery Lane is a major refurbishment of an existing office building within the City of London.

The works comprise the stripping out of existing finishes and services and a full refurbishment of the existing Landlord areas together with new Category A fitting out throughout.

Additional area will be created by introducing new extensions to the 4th and 5th floors.

The current 1980s post-modern façade will be improved and in some areas entirely reworked introducing larger glazed elements and improving legibility of the main reception area.
