147 Borough High Street

Development of a third Phase 1 research facility for Richmond Pharmacology, UK’s largest Phase I and II Clinical Research Organisation. Works include strip out, basement reconfiguration and complete fit out over four floors.

Formerly Guy’s Drug Research Unit, 147 Borough High Street is the third facility for Richmond Pharmacology, the UK’s largest Phase I and II clinical research organisation.

Works involved stripping out the existing building including partitions, M&E equipment and demolishing walls within basement for reconfiguration.

Fit out works included the medical facility forming new partitions, decorating and installing new MEP equipment to suit the requirements of a medical research facility that provides onsite accommodation to clients.

The new, modern research facility provides four floors with a basement offering consulting rooms, operating theatres, procedure rooms and recovery facilities with living rooms, quiet spaces and a kitchen for patients.
