This ambitious real estate project will overhaul the Royal Society of Medicine’s existing conferencing and member facilities within their historic Wimpole Street site.
The building will also be extended to provide space for external letting – the income providing a long term funding stream to secure the organisation’s future.
Works involve remodelling and refurbishing their conference facilities, dining, members club, library and offices.
Conversion of existing spaces in the basement and ground floor, in addition to extension of the fourth, fifth and sixth floors, will provide new shell and core space for a future private medical tenant.
The works were funded by Future Dreams charity.
