One of the foundations of exigere is the involvement of the Partners in the day to day management, delivery and control of the projects and our advice.
From inception a lead partner is allocated to each project, this individual remains responsible for the delivery of our services throughout the project.
We also allocate a Shadow Partner, who is kept abreast of developments on the project such that they can act as a second opinion and provide challenges at key stages and milestones on a project.
We have a dedicated team of Consultants and Engineering Services Specialists who support the delivery of our service. Our project teams are carefully selected to compliment the rest of the project team.
