Exigere would like to extend a warm welcome to a number of new people who have joined us in the last six months.

Adam Williams, an associate at exigere, London's independent cost consultants.

Adam Williams, Associate

Adam brings over 16 years’ experience in delivering large-scale, high-end residential developments, sky-scraping towers covering some of the capital’s most expensive real estate, affordable housing and at least one world’s first.

The prestigious Embassy Gardens in Nine Elms was a £300m development providing 872 dwellings across three 20-storey buildings. It features a world’s first sky pool – an acrylic swimming pool spanning between two buildings at level 10.

Other previous experience includes Wardian, a £280m EcoWorld Ballymore development consisting of two 50-storey towers in Canary Wharf, providing 760 apartments with wrap around balconies, a gym, swimming pool, cinema and basement.

Exigere staff member, Jack Lewis.

Jack Lewis, Associate

Jack Lewis is an office fit-out specialist who comes to us with over 10 years’ experience delivering first-class head office fit outs for high profile clients such as Royal Bank of Canada, Facebook, Rolls Royce, News Corporation, Amazon, Barings, Facebook and Shell.

Jack will be heavily involved in the pre-construction phase, particularly during feasibility and concept design. His role will be to give the design team clear guidance on the cost targets and to help guide the design process.

Simon Davis, Associate at exigere
