36-38 Berkeley Square secures resolution to grant planning consent
Brilliant news for our project at 36-38 Berkeley Square for Astrea Asset Management Limited, which this week secured resolution to grant planning consent at Westminster City Council’s first virtual planning committee.
The proposed redevelopment will provide 85,000 sq ft of new office space across nine storeys set within the heart of Mayfair.
