Exigere are delighted to be amongst the team delivering a 260,000ft² mixed-use scheme for W.RE announced yesterday.

This transformational project will include demolition, and replacement, of 12 light industrial units at St. Pancras Commercial Centre on Pratt Street, Camden.

The new designs by 2016 RIBA Stirling Prize-winning practice Caruso St. John include three new buildings, landscaped public areas including a new courtyard with ground floor retail and a pedestrian route through the site.

A new 175,000ft², 7 storey office building, plus two 5 and 6 storey residential blocks includes 32 new homes of which 14 will be affordable housing.

Exigere partner Dan Fryer commented: “We are delighted to be involved in this new development, alongside some great project colleagues, that will transform the area. We look forward to the next stage of the development”.
