Exigere is delighted to be amongst the team delivering the 260,000ft² mixed-use scheme for W.RE, announced in the Architects Journal

This transformational project will include demolition, and replacement, of 12 light industrial units at St. Pancras Commercial Centre in Camden, London.

The new designs by RIBA Stirling Prize-winning practice Caruso St. John include three new buildings, landscaped public areas including a new courtyard with ground floor retail and a pedestrian route through the site.

The new 175,000ft² scheme, backed by W Real Estate, includes three new buildings up to seven storeys and carves a new pedestrian route through the scheme.

Exigere partner Dan Fryer commented: “We are delighted to be involved in this new development, alongside some great project colleagues, that will transform the area. We look forward to the next stage of the development”.
