We are proud to support Mental Health Awareness Week 2019

This years theme is “Body Image – how we think and feel about our bodies”.

Read more about this from the Mental Health Foundation here.

Working with LionHeart on education and understanding

Throughout the year exigere partner with, and are happy to recommend, LionHeart who support RICS professionals and their families.

We were delighted to recently host them for an insightful and thought-provoking Mental Well-being workshop and are looking forward to the follow up on Work / Life balance in the coming months.

Thank you to Derwent London and Katie Bird from The Thrive Programme

Our landlords and regular project colleagues, Derwent London, hosted a fundraising event to support Mental Health Awareness week at Morelands Building this Thursday.

Events included a raffle ticket, cake sale and promotional wristbands and ribbons with all proceeds going to Mind and Sane mental health awareness organisations.

A number of our team also took the opportunity to attended a presentation from Katie Bird from the The Thrive Programme that teaches people the skills and resources to overcome mental health issues and learn to thrive.
