PartnerDavid is one of the founding partners of exigere, having left Davis Langdon (latterly AECOM) to establish the business with friends Dan Fryer and Richard Hopper.
Working predominantly within the commercial office sector, David leads new build, reinvention and fit out projects for a wide variety of London’s leading property developers, including Landsec, Brockton Capital, Brookfield, CLI Dartriver and GPE to name a few.
David particularly enjoys the early stages of projects, developing cost and procurement strategies to help clients and design teams deliver class leading projects. A great believer in adopting a fair, measured approach throughout his work, he is an advocate of collaboration amongst all stakeholders in any project to achieve the best results for all.
