Daniel started his career at John Mowlem before joining Davis Langdon in 2002. Having worked in both the London and Doha offices, Daniel left in early 2012 to establish exigere.
Daniel provides professional cost management, procurement and risk advice to clients in order to achieve best value, whilst mindful of the ultimate business objectives. He has successfully delivered complex projects with tight deadlines and managed limited budgets, with his ability to understand how buildings are put together and his keen interest in construction technology and methodology.
He has a broad base of experience including infrastructure projects, educational facilities, hotels and resorts, residential schemes and office new build, refurbishment and fit out projects. His experience in each sector gives rise to valuable knowledge that can be translated across other sectors.
